Laurance Ouellet Tremblay
Laurance Ouellet Tremblay is a PhD in Literature and is writing a thesis on the poetics of exhaustion present in the poetry of Hector de Saint-Denys Garneau, Pierre Perrault and Hervé Bouchard. She wants, more than anything, to share her deep passion for literature and writing through teaching. In 2009, she won the CBC Poetry Prize for an earlier version of Était une bête, and in 2011 was awarded the Prix Découverte de l’année (“Discovery of the Year”) by the Salon du livre du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. Salut Loup!, her second book, was published by La Peuplade in 2014.
